Rock Steady sent out the plan for the week, and this week’s theme was rhythm and music — so you KNOW here in Cajun Country, we were all over that! 🎶💃🕺

We took full advantage and had so much fun putting balance, coordination, and timing to work by learning and practicing the waltz! ❤️

And while we’re having fun, there’s a much bigger purpose behind every step. We want to help our boxers improve their quality of life and get back to doing the things they love — including dancing with the people they love most. 🥹❤️

Our hearts are so full when we see their loved ones join them on this journey. Watching our boxers work hard toward their goals is amazing, but getting to see the people they love participate, encourage them, and share in those victories makes it even more special. ❤️

Stay tuned for more videos from our week of rhythm and music! But for now, enjoy our boxers putting their balance, coordination, and timing to the test with a little Cajun-country waltz! 🎶💃🕺

🚨 ATTENTION BUSTLE UP BOXERS 🚨

tomorrow's 11:00 AM class 8/21 at our Bustle Up location is CANCELLED!
Due to the high volume of incoming UL freshmen check-ins and the increased traffic surrounding the parking lot.

As previously explained, the parking and traffic situation is expected to be much heavier than anticipated, so we've decided to cancel tomorrow's class. Our next class will continue as scheduled.

The gym will still be open during regular hours if you'd like to come in and utilize the machines and gym area. If you do come in, please remember that parking is only available on Levels 2 and higher of the Tower parking garage, and the garage can only be accessed through the Dunreath entrance.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's understanding!

With some dedicated physical therapy, she gained the confidence and strength to do a cross-country solo trip… Exploring much of our beautiful country and having the opportunity to hang out with her many amazing friends along the way!
