They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting tax, accounting, and administrative functions across the firm. • Filing and assembly of tax returns and other tax related documents
• Monitor task due dates and workflow reports
• Organization and preservation of tax documents

𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀
• Filing and portal uploads for Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
• Maintain and preserve supporting documents for reports

𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
• Assist with engagement letters and task monitoring
• Prepare financial statement packages for distribution
• Print and distribute payroll newsletters
• Support audit department with proposal preparation and financial statement assembly

𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
• Set up client numbers and tasks in software program
• Coordinate client deliveries and pickups
• Supervise and support part-time department employees
• Assist partners and firm administration as needed

• Previous administrative experience in professional services environment preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
