Here is something interesting from the farm here in Hawaii.
We did a little experiment. I took a Pacific Amberjack fish that had gone bad and decided to see if our Russian Boar pigs, Nanu and her family, would eat it. You would think rotten fish would be a deal breaker, right?
Not for pigs. They ate the whole thing.
Pigs will eat just about anything you put in front of them. Rotten fish, spoiled food, you name it. Their digestive systems are incredibly robust. But here is the thing that really gets you thinking: pigs share about 85% of human DNA. So what does that tell us about what we are putting into our own bodies every day?
Most people are eating processed, chemically treated, nutrient depleted food without thinking twice about it. Just because your body can handle it does not mean it is good for you. The quality of what goes in directly affects the quality of what you get out.
This is why terrain modification matters. Optimize, upgrade and enhance your internal environment one baby step at a time. Start paying attention to what you eat, what you drink, and what you expose yourself to.
