Passed the school vision screening? That's only part of the story.

Standard screenings check if your child can see the bottom row of an eye chart. They don't check whether their eyes track smoothly across a page, focus up close, or work together as a team - the skills reading actually depends on.

If your child avoids reading, loses their place, gets headaches after homework, or sits too close to the screen, it might not be attention. It might be vision.

A comprehensive evaluation looks at the whole picture - before the school year gets harder.

Skipping words. Losing lines. Getting tired before the page was even done.

13 years ago, Denver Vision Therapy opened with one idea: 20/20 vision is only part of the story.

Since then, we've worked with kids who passed every eye exam but still struggled to read, adults recovering from concussions who couldn't figure out why they still felt "off," and families who'd been told nothing more could be done. Turns out - there was.
