Hey Fellow Therapists!
Is the cost of trainings holding you back from adding to your skillset? Are you left having to pick one over the other?

What if you could take just ONE course and still learn all the spiritual tools you need for yourself and your clients?

I’ve been letting my spirit team train me for years to do everything on this list. It’s saved me time and money.

Your spirit team already knows your gifts and will teach you in a way that works best for you. They’ll honestly tell you which modality to pursue or in what order so you’re never rushing into a method you’re not ready for or just don’t need yet.

But first, you have to know how to raise your vibration and connect with them. Accessing the Akashic Records is the infinite field of information, including all the modalities, tools, and methods for healing yourself and others—some I don’t even know about.

Stop trying to follow a training to copy how another practitioner uses their gifts. Yours are unique to you and your spirit team will show you the best way to use them.

I just told someone what I've heard my clients tell me.
But what is "feeling like myself?"

It's when we feel the emotions we enjoy and not the emotions that we don't like or judge as wrong, bad, to be avoided.

It's also when we judge how LONG we should be feeling any of those unwanted emotions, as if grief or heartache has a time limit.

As a therapist, I know there are times when these emotions interfere with your ability to function and need to be addressed.

I also know there are no wrong emotions and the more you resist feeling them the more it trains your brain to see them as dangerous, a threat, and cause more issues through avoidance.

I know that shoving unwanted or painful emotions behind a dam will cause that dam to break one day and flood your entire life causing more harm than if you allowed the river to simply flow.

I used to say I have good days and bad days, but that means feeling grief or sadness is bad or not being as productive or making as much money because I need to stay in bed and cry, is a "bad" thing.

Now, I simply have days of being HUMAN. I feel whatever comes up, allow it the space and time it needs, and know I'm blessed to be alive and able to experience these emotions at all.

Have you been taught that holding pain takes strength? Are you afraid if you let the pain go, the person you hurt you will get away with something?
I'm sharing the strength that comes from letting go, not holding on.

Or put another way, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink.

I spent many years arguing with my father to take better care of his health. I tried to convince him of the research, the science, the proof of diets, natural remedies, and how his unhealed trauma was effecting his physical health.

When I truly healed, I no longer needed him to be, do, act, or even feel a certain way. I didn't need to "be right" or be validated in my own life choices by him agreeing with me. I didn't need apologies for past harms or for him to be "held accountable." I didn't need to be "in control" of him.

I simply observed his choices, accepted who he was, and decided what conversations I didn't give energy to, arguments I didn't engage in, and angry outbursts I walked away from.

As a result, we got along better. His choices and behaviors didn't trigger me (only saddened me because I cared) and without feeling criticized and defensive he started to ask for my advice and guidance. He did let his guard down and softened emotionally.

Healing has that ripple effect.
Healthy boundaries teach people how you'll accept being treated.
And being a living example of your own happiness and good health (mentally, emotionally, and physically) encourages those around you to see what's possible.

Whether it's a loved one, a coworker, a partner, trying to convince them, forcing your lifestyle, beliefs, political views, or work ethic on them, will only waste your energy.

Ask why do I need to convince them?
What would acceptance (not agreement) look like?
Where do I need to walk away or set better boundaries?

Physical pain, inflammation, muscle tension, trouble sleeping, poor digestion, feeling amped up and yet fatigue and lacking energy, stressed, physical health issues requiring medications to manage but not cure, feeling older than you should at your age?

Welcome to the side effects of working in a high trauma job that pumps more adrenaline and cortisol through your body on a daily basis than most people experience in 10 years of their life. The result is nearly all your "health" issues.

But how do you just shut off your threat response when you’ve used it so long to keep you safe and alive on the job? By activating the parasympathetic nervous system—the calming, chill the f—out, nervous system.

That's what this device does and can bring relief as fast as the first use: just one 30 minute session.

Read more and consider quickly, easily, daily, improving your life.

People often seen success in the money they make, long hours worked, how tired they are, how busy they are, but that's not success. Those are signs of burnout and a missed boundary.
