Unlike the same cup of coffee every day most people are satisfied to drink, your body's needs change daily and even throughout the day.
Instead of making the same choices and wondering why you're still exhausted, drained or stressed out, check in with your body, mind, and your energy levels and listen to what you truly need.
With everything happening with my dad's failing health, I thought I just needed to sleep more, eat more protein, and binge Netflix for "rest". But when I truly listened, what I needed was time spent in nature, sunshine, listening to the birds and frankly, having a deep long cry to let emotions go. After planting flowers and watching some of the saddest music videos and letting the tears flow, I actually felt recharged.
