A wonder place to heal💚

Like many holidays throughout the year, Mother’s Day can spark a multitude of emotions, especially when you’re grieving. 💙

Whether you are missing your mom, grieving a child, supporting someone who is hurting, or navigating complicated feelings around the day, know that there is no “right” way to feel.

Here are a few gentle tips for navigating the day:
• Talk to children ahead of time and find out what they would like to do
• Make a plan for the day, even if the plan is to do nothing
• Focus on a category (food, movies, activities, color, music, etc.) and choose a few things your person loved
• Consider taking a social media break or decide ahead of time what you want to post
