I’ve been hiding a little bit…💜

and my soul said…STOP IT…

for a while it felt easier to share about my work, with the women, who found their way to my in person healing practice…

Sharing about womb healing, myofascial release pelvic floor, release trauma stored in the body…doesn’t come with ease…for someone like me…that was praised as a child for being a good quiet 🤫 girl….in a Latino culture in which I witnessed women making themselves small…

I’m following my soul’s calling…and showing up here to share about the healing…the possibilities that are available to women!

✨to feel safe in their bodies
✨to reconnect with themselves
✨to feel connected to their wombs
✨to move with less or no pain
✨to embrace their voice, power, their wombs ✨to have better or***ms 💦

I’ve been in hiding mode from social media…last 4-5 weeks…

So much has been transmuting last few weeks…feeling more in love and alignment with my healing work…

Small share…last week…it was a deep calling to serve women who have given birth via C-section delivery 💗

Your body…your womb may hold trauma…

Such a sacred work to support a woman in her healing…despite how long it has been…💜…

🌹 A beautiful transformation begins when your body finally feels safe enough to soften.

When stress, pain, emotional wounds, and life experiences are held in the body for years, they can create tension, overwhelm, and disconnection from ourselves.

Healing is about peeling layers, of past trauma, it's about remembering who you are beneath the layers.

When the nervous system settles, when the body relaxes, and when emotions are given space to move, something beautiful happens. You begin to feel more present, more connected, more peaceful, and more like yourself.

I'm deeply honored to support women on their healing journeys through Myofascial Release, energy healing, inner child healing and womb healing.
