Rhinoplasty might just be my favorite procedure, and results like this are exactly why 👃✨

This patient had been bothered for years by a bump on her bridge and a drooping tip. At just six weeks post-op, look at that profile. Smooth, straight, and completely natural looking.

I always say rhinoplasty is one of the greatest technical challenges in cosmetic surgery. The nose anchors the entire face, and reshaping it requires an incredibly precise blend of technique and artistic vision. Every millimeter matters. That is what makes a result like this so satisfying to achieve.

We are still in the early stages of healing at six weeks, which makes these results even more exciting. As the remaining swelling continues to resolve over the coming months, this profile is only going to get more refined and beautiful. 📐

One of the best ways to understand a treatment is to experience it yourself, so that is exactly what I did! I just had our brand new BBL and HALO laser, and I am tracking my progress so you can see exactly what it looks like in real time.

Day one is not glamorous, I will be honest! But as a provider I know that a little redness and heat today means seriously beautiful skin on the other side. That is a trade I will take every single time.

We toured the barns, got to pet, brush, and feed the most gentle and lovable llamas, and each led our very own llama through the most calm and magical woodland trails.

Even when you’re not… your eyes can tell a different story.📖

For this beautiful patient, I combined an endoscopic brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and micro-fat grafting to the under eyes to restore a more rested, refreshed appearance. 👀💫

By gently elevating the brow, I was able to open up the eye area and soften the heaviness that can create a sad or fatigued look. The upper eyelid surgery refined excess skin within the natural crease, while micro-fat grafting helped smooth hollowness beneath the eyes for a more seamless transition from lid to cheek.

She still looks like herself—just brighter, lighter, and well-rested. And without any makeup!
