When treating the area around the mouth, I’m looking beyond the lines themselves. 👀 Changes in facial volume, skin quality, and collagen loss all contribute to how this area ages.

For this patient, I combined micro-fat grafting with Contour TRL™ deep laser resurfacing to address those changes together. 💉😎💥

Micro-fat grafting uses the patient’s own fat to restore subtle volume and soften areas of hollowing, while the laser resurfacing works to improve deeper wrinkles, texture, and the overall quality of the skin.

I’ve been performing micro-fat grafting for nearly 30 years, and it's still one of my favorite procedures to restore volume for a natural, long-lasting result. Pairing it with deep laser resurfacing allows me to plump lost volume and improve skin quality at the same time, creating a more comprehensive approach to rejuvenation. ☺️

One of the things I love about ear surgery is how much can be accomplished with thoughtful, precise changes 👂📐

For this patient, I performed a setback otoplasty combined with macrotia reduction to address both the prominence and the size of her ears.

A setback otoplasty brings prominent ears closer to the head, while macrotia reduction carefully reduces the height and size of the external ear. Together, these techniques allowed me to create a more balanced relationship between the ears and the rest of the face while maintaining a natural shape. 🌟

One of the biggest concerns we hear from patients considering explant surgery is, “What will my breasts look like without my implants?” 🤔💭

It’s a completely understandable concern. After years with implants, it can be difficult to imagine what your breasts will look like after they are gone. The good news is that implant removal doesn’t have to mean giving up shape or volume altogether. There are several options to achieve pleasing natural breast shape based on your anatomy and goals.

This before-and-after gives a look at such a transformation from start to finish. The first image shows my patient’s breasts with old saline implants, the second shows her breasts after implant deflation, and the third image is after explant, capsulectomy, breast lift and fat transfer.

The result is a softer, more natural breast contour created with her own tissue.

A profile view often tells the story of facial rejuvenation in a way that is both subtle and striking. A well-defined jawline and smooth, youthful neck can restore balance to the face while maintaining a natural appearance. 🌸✨

For this patient, I performed a face and neck lift, micro-fat grafting, and full-face Contour TRL laser resurfacing to address multiple signs of facial aging. These are early results and healing is still ongoing. Together, these procedures have already refreshed her facial contours, restored lost volume, improved skin quality, and created a beautifully defined jawline that complements her natural features.

Thoughtfully combining procedures allows me to address the face as a whole, creating results that are balanced, harmonious, and long-lasting.

When I plan facial rejuvenation surgery, I don't think in terms of one procedure. I think about how every feature works together to create a naturally youthful appearance. 🌸✨

For this beautiful patient, I performed a face and neck lift including fat grafting, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and a minimal incision brow lift.

While lifting redefines the jawline and smooths the neck, restoring volume is just as important. As we age, we don't just experience skin laxity, we also lose the soft facial fullness that gives the face a healthy, rested appearance. Using your own fat allows me to replenish that volume in a way that looks and feels completely natural.

The result is a face that reflects how vibrant you feel. 😁
