Happy Monday, Capital Region! 🌿 We know Mondays can feel like a lot — so here's a gentle reminder that you deserve a reset. Our Himalayan salt cave is honestly one of our favorite things to share with new guests. People walk in a little skeptical and walk out wondering why they waited so long to try it. The cave fills with microscopic salt particles that you simply breathe in during your 45-minute session. So many of our guests tell us it's become their go-to as the seasons change and that fall stuffiness starts creeping in. If you've been curious but haven't booked yet, this week is a great time to treat yourself or bring a friend along. Can we talk about fall for a second? 🍂 Because here in the Capital Region, September is when it starts to get real — the leaves start turning, the air has that crispness to it, and honestly our bodies start craving warmth and restoration. That's exactly why our infrared sauna has been so popular this time of year. It's different from a traditional sauna — the heat is gentler but goes deeper, and you walk out feeling like your whole body just exhaled. It's wonderful for tight muscles, for circulation, for that heavy feeling that creeps in when the seasons change. We've had guests tell us it's become a non-negotiable part of their fall and winter routine, and we completely understand why.
