One of my favorite coaching tips:

Instead of asking what to remove from your meals...

Ask what you can ADD.

✔️ More protein
✔️ More vegetables
✔️ More fiber
✔️ More water

Small additions can create big results over time.

One of the most powerful things you can do for your health:

Keep small promises to yourself.

Drink the water.
Take the walk.
Go to bed on time.

Confidence doesn't come from motivation.

It comes from proving to yourself that you'll show up. 🧡

Ever notice you finally get to the weekend... and still can't relax?

That's because stress doesn't disappear just because your calendar clears.

Try this:

🧡 Go for a walk
🧡 Get outside
🧡 Connect with people you enjoy
🧡 Give yourself permission to rest

Your nervous system needs time to catch up, too.

When life feels a little extra busy sometimes the best thing you can do is slow down long enough to hear yourself think.

For me, that often looks like finding a spot by the water, opening a good book, and letting the noise fade into the background.

No productivity goals.
No rushing.
Just a chance to recharge.

I’m curious…

The water has always been my reset button. 🧡

When life gets loud, my schedule gets full, or my RA reminds me that slowing down isn’t optional, this is where I come to breathe. What helps you reset?

Everyone wants to detox.

But before you think about a cleanse, ask yourself:

🧡 Are you drinking enough water?
🧡 Are you having regular bowel movements?
🧡 Are you moving your body daily?
🧡 Are you supporting digestion?

If waste can't get out, "detoxing" can sometimes leave you feeling worse.

Start with the basics first.

Living with rheumatoid arthritis for over a decade has changed me in ways I never expected… but it also led me to the work I do today. 🧡

RA is part of my story, but it is not my identity. And if you’re walking through autoimmune struggles, chronic inflammation, exhaustion, or just feeling disconnected from yourself… I want you to know you are still YOU underneath all of it.

There were seasons where I honestly wondered if I’d ever feel like myself again. The fatigue, the pain, the frustration of trying all the things while still feeling stuck. And yet here we are… still showing up. Still learning. Still healing. Sometimes with grace, sometimes with coffee and a heating pad 😂☕️

What I’ve learned through this journey, personally and now through coaching women is that healing isn’t about becoming a “perfect healthy person.” It’s about learning to support your body instead of fighting against it.

Small shifts matter.
Mindset matters.
Nourishment matters.
Rest matters.
And feeling seen and supported matters too.

That’s why Kris Krause Coaching exists. To help women reduce inflammation, build strength, improve energy, and feel more confident in their bodies again… without extreme rules or perfection.

You do not have to wait until everything is “fixed” to start living your life again. 🧡

Healthy eating doesn't fall apart because you're lazy.

It usually falls apart because life gets BUSY.

Decision fatigue is real.

Summer schedules are real.

And when we're overwhelmed, convenience often wins.

So instead of aiming for perfect, I love creating ways to make healthy easier.

That's exactly why I created my FREE Fresh & Flavorful No-Cook Recipe Bundle 🧡

Simple meals that support energy, reduce overwhelm, and help healthy become the easy choice.

New month. Fresh page.

Not "new month, new me" because honestly… I like this version of you already. 😉

But a new month is a chance to pause and ask:

What’s working?
What isn’t?
What do I want more of?

Not smaller jeans.
Not guilt.
Not impossible expectations.

More energy.
More movement.
More feeling good in your own body.

Pick ONE thing this month.

Not ten.

One.

Because more isn’t better.

Better is better. 🧡

Friday reminder before we roll into another weekend:

You do not need to “be good.”

You also do not need Monday to rescue you.

A few things that help me feel better heading into the weekend:

🧡 Keep a water bottle nearby
🧡 Have protein ready to grab
🧡 Move your body because it feels good
🧡 Get outside
🧡 Leave room for fun foods and foods that make you feel amazing

Because healthy isn't living in restriction mode.

It's learning how to live your life without guilt.

And yes... chips and salsa can still exist in this story.
