The first phase of any corrective exercise program is learning how to RECONNECT with your breath, deep core, and pelvic floor.

It is vital that you rewire the connection between your breath, deep core, and pelvic floor so you have a solid foundation to build off of.

Most women that we see in clinic don’t actually have a strength issue - they have a coordination issue. The RECONNECT phase of rehab fixes that.

While this phase is often filled with the not so fun, rehab based exercises, this phase is vital to obtaining long term results.
