These girls put in the work with us at Active Strength, focusing on becoming faster, stronger, and more explosive — and then took that speed to the field and made it count.

We’re excited to launch Active Strength Homeschool Fitness, beginning August 10th at Active Strength Co. in Lee’s Summit, MO!

This is more than just exercise it’s a structured movement program designed to help homeschool students build:

✅ Confidence
✅ Coordination
✅ Strength
✅ Balance
✅ Physical literacy
✅ Healthy habits that last a lifetime

Led by Liz Babcock, who brings a background in psychology, elementary education, martial arts, and youth fitness, each class is intentionally kept small (8–12 students) so every child receives personal attention in a fun, encouraging environment.

We’re excited to have Taylor Pannell back at Active Strength this summer! 💪🥎
After wrapping up an incredible collegiate career at Texas A&M, Taylor is back putting in the work and preparing for her next chapter.

This past season was a special one, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything she accomplished both on and off the field. Watching her growth as an athlete and person over the years has been nothing short of amazing. Now it's time for the next challenge...

Taylor will be continuing her softball journey with the Florida Breeze, and we can’t wait to watch her compete at the next level.

Success doesn't happen by accident. It's built through years of dedication, sacrifice, discipline, and countless hours of work when nobody is watching. Taylor is a great example of what can happen when talent meets consistency.

We're proud to be a small part of her journey and look forward to cheering her on every step of the way.

To the sports moms waking up early, driving to practices, cheering from the sidelines, supporting training sessions, washing uniforms, sacrificing time, and doing whatever it takes for their kids to chase their dreams… we see you and we appreciate you more than you know.
