Seriously. No one comes to us with experience doing this exact job. This isn’t traditional dental assisting—it’s public health dentistry, and we’ll teach you the dental part.
We’re looking for a Public Health Field Assistant who is hardworking, confident, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You might be our person if you:
✨ Have a positive attitude and great communication skills
✨ Are dependable, organized, and a strong multitasker
✨ Have solid computer skills and can learn new systems quickly
✨ Can follow a process AND think for yourself
✨ Are comfortable with kids, adults, seniors, and people from all walks of life
✨ Have flexibility in your schedule—our clinics are based on site and provider availability, so your days and hours will vary
✨ Can roll with changes—because mobile healthcare occasionally has other plans 😅
✨ Don’t mind lifting, loading, unloading, setting up…and doing it all again
✨ Are a safe, confident driver with a valid license and clean driving record
🚐 What does the job actually look like?
Start at our office → grab your work vehicle, equipment & supplies → head to the day’s site → set up the mobile dental clinic → help coordinate patients, the site & your provider → assist with basic tasks if needed→ infection control → enter charting → pack it all back up → return to the office.
Next clinic? New location. New patients. Same mission. 🦷💜

We’ve also worked hard to create a positive, supportive, team-centered workplace, and we’re looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, work hard, and add to that environment. You will join a team of 3 Administrators, 2 Assistants and 11+ providers 🥰
🗓️ Schedule flexibility is a must. Days and hours vary depending on clinic, site, and provider availability.
🦷 No dental experience required. We’ll train the right person.
