Micro self-care can look like this. đż
A few minutes of yoga. Outside in the morning sun. Still in my pajamas, not long after waking up.
Nothing fancy. Nothing that required much planning. Just a little movement, fresh air, and a few intentional breaths before stepping into the day.
I think we sometimes make self-care bigger than it needs to be. We tell ourselves we need more time, the right setting, or a perfectly planned routine.
But some of the practices that support us most can be surprisingly small.
Five or ten minutes to move.
A few minutes to breathe.
A moment outside before the day gets busy.
Thatâs micro self-care the Medha Wayâsmall, intentional practices that fit into real life and, over time, can make a meaningful difference in how we feel and move through our days.
No perfect routine required. Pajamas welcome.đ
