This weekend at the Body Mind Spirit Expo with John Milton was amazing. Having the opportunity to serve and spread the light is always my favorite thing to do. 8 people received healings and many more learned about the Path of progression in the Lineage of King Salomon, signed up for our classes and events, and scheduled the Life changing Life Activation.

Today has been a fun day of reflection and forward motion. Ready for all that this week has to offer.

Today starts with a whirlwind...

First, I get to pick up some new marketing materials for my Center and upcoming networking expos. Then it's off to set up for the BMSE in North Denver, followed by another networking event. After that, I'll be working the fair all weekend, fitting in two non-expo healing sessions along the way. Before I know it, it's Sunday night, we're tearing down, unloading everything, and BAM... it's Monday again!

It all starts and ends before I have a chance to catch my breath. 😂

This kind of movement is what happens after initiation. Things begin to move, and they move fast. Add in everything happening astrologically right now, and it can feel overwhelming... but only if you don't have the tools to support yourself through it.

Maintaining balance in Body, Mind, Soul, and Spirit becomes incredibly important. Honestly, it's the reason I'm not completely wiped out after long stretches like this. Life is a marathon, not a sprint, and these practices help carry me through.

One of my favorite things about this path is that it empowers you to make life happen, rather than simply letting life happen to you. Being able to live with purpose, joy, and service becomes invaluable.

This is the experience that changed everything for me. It changed me on an alchemical and quantum level which empowered me to breakthrough the life that had been holding me back so that I could live a life of joy, love, and peace. Helping me to release the need for substance abuse including food as well as other vises, to start living the life I knew was born to live.

It was so profound for me that I've created a life around offering this "possibility" to others that are ready for more in their life.

The reflections of Warriors of Light 2026.

First off...BEST WARRIORS EVER! I mean the truth is every warriors of light is amazing, but this was especially transformative. Where it was the Time/God continuum, whether it was the 3rd Viking initiations, whether it was the incredibly intense amd powerful Viking Temple, or Warrior Clan, or upleveling on my belt, or...and yes I can go on...it was off the hook.

I look forward to warriors every year because it feels like a shamanic shedding...all the stuff you've been carrying for the last year just gets removed and you emerge into a upgraded and upleveled version of yourself and before you know it the mountains that seemed so massive in front of you are all of a sudden so tiny and behind you.

The lesson that hit so hard for me this year was that...warriors doesn't have to happen just once a year for me. I am a warrior all year long, i have the tools, the talent, the drive and so much more to push me past all my challenges facing it like a true warrior and not like a victim. To stand shoulder to shoulder woth Gods/Goddesses and stand victorious!

Wow, just wow at the growth of everyone that attended. From Vila Loukas getting a new belt, to Christina Hudson leveling up her green stripes, to John Milton attending for the first time, Colorado showed up and said we are ready for more and I couldn't be more in joy to stand with such a powerful community. We are spreading the light one person at a time by filling our cups first. GO TEAM!

I am filled with gratitude of all i have, all im becoming and all that will unfold and now, im reqdy to serve, to know myself better, and to help make the world a better place filled with light, joy, and love.

We saw a great video about cults and now we are talking about finding a spiritual path. I love this video, it says a lot that no one else says.

I think to often people assume successful spirituality means that you found a path that agrees with you, that is easy and makes you feel good, but honestly a spiritual path should be like a personal trainer, it should benefit you in all areas of your life while kicking your butt making you a better person. Its not easy, its worth it. Modern Mystery School International holds the keys to my current spiritual path in the Lineage of King Salomon and its been the best journey of my life.
