What if anger wasn’t something to swallow?

Totem is teaming up with for an afternoon of stress relief, reflection, and community care.

We’ll get curious about anger through guided prompts and conversation led by , then give some of that energy somewhere to go. Think: reflection, release, breaking things, maybe a little paint, and a lot of permission to stop pretending you’re “fine.”

This is a small, pay-what-you-can event with only 8 spots available, so please only RSVP if you plan to come.

In our next Helping the Helpers Space, we’ll explore the emotional residue of caregiving work, the blurred boundaries of working from home, and the small rituals that help us come back to ourselves.
