The aesthetics industry has normalized things that should concern us.

Skipping meals.
Working 10-hour days without breaks.

Treating exhaustion as proof that we’ve “made it.”

What if true success was creating a practice that allows you to show up nourished, hydrated, regulated, and fully present for the people who trust you with their care?

You treat your skincare professional 60X a month at home, and we only get to treat it 1-2x a month. So what you’re doing at home WILL determine 80% of your results (if not more).

There is nothing wrong with drugstore skincare, it’s just not going to move the needle forward if you’re looking for corrective results or to prep your skin properly for professional treatments.

We love to spend our time dissecting your current routine and helping you navigate the world of skincare, but it’s very rare that an expert in this industry is going to feel confident recommending anything that’s not on their shelves.

All that said, many expert skincare professionals are happy to work within your budget and make sure to provide detailed guidance when you do invest in skincare they recommend. So that’s really the trade off here.

Please don’t expect your skincare professional to recommend products outside of their offerings. If they can’t help you with your particular skin issue using the products they’ve researched relentlessly and invested into for their practice, it’s probably just time to find a professional who can.

Not every provider will be for you, and vice versa. 🙏🥰

We now have over 60 providers worldwide! 🥳

A big theme of this weekend’s workshop was stepping into your power, confidence and into a leadership role within your practice,… which is so interesting to me because it mirrors the exact changes and challenges that I’m also navigating as a leader and as a teacher and as a mentor in our community.

Being able to share my experiences and my knowledge with providers as a Licensed Aesthetician with nearly 20 years of experience is something I know I was born to do, and every single live event, workshop, retreat, virtual mentorship call and 1:1 hands on training confirms this even more for me.

Every group brings so much unparalleled value not just to the other providers they are learning alongside of, but also to me.

I am a fierce advocate for advanced education and learning new skills, but in my 2-day intensive I’ve developed where I teach the entire relaxation meets transformation protocol (that one that built my 7 figure earning business from the ground up), The Ageless Facial, we go so much deeper than just skills.

The protocol almost becomes the cherry on top of a massively deeper transformation taking place within those who invest into themselves on this level.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE 🫖 TIME with my clients — but when you have a NEW client, please focus so heavily on the skin talk that you don’t have time for it during their first treatment with you.

Skin talk vs. small talk with new clients is the difference between someone having an incredible experience along with lasting results bc of your personalized guidance, and someone leaving who maybe had a good experience, but still feels confused about what they should be doing at
home,… which is the root cause and effect of 80% of their skin issues.

6 years without you ❤️‍🩹

I remember begging the hospital staff to let us (me and grandma Shirley) into the room you were in so we could say goodbye together, but them bartering with us and letting only one us in because of the global pandemic. You were grandma’s youngest son and you gave up your life to come live with her full time and to help her as soon as you noticed her health start declining.

I wish I had new pictures of us to post but I’m grateful you still visit me when I look at the clock at exactly 4:20 every afternoon without fail or when a bumble bee enters my orbit. I’m a lot less afraid of them, we’ve made so much progress. 🤣

I wish you could sit in our backyard with me and my husband and laugh while the sun goes down.

I wish so badly you could have walked me down the isle or that your number was still on speed dial when I needed to process something difficult or get advice from someone who’s seen every chapter of my life unfold.

I miss you more than ever, and I’ll always treasure
the time we did have together.

The endless memories, your smile, your laugh, your forgiving nature, your eccentricities, your humility, your courage, your heart and your ability to see the good in every person.

Thank you for making me into the strongest and softest version of myself. I love you, Dad. ❤️🙏
