We opened our doors in Clarksville in June but we never got to properly celebrate. On Friday, October 30, we finally do it with the city, with our community, and with you.

🥂 There will be bubbles, giveaways, great vendors, and swag bags for the first 20 to book a contrast on 10/30!

And there will be moments you’ll wish you hadn’t missed.

Race Ready Friday is for every Urban Bourbon runner who wants to show up Saturday feeling fresh. Come in for a free Normatec session, sip FLOW Nutrition electrolytes, and plan your post-race recovery with us. On Monday, your legs get a complimentary cryo session (or contrast for $20).

Every big thing starts as a small, brave idea between friends. 🖤

Ours started years ago, when two friends believed recovery should feel like community, not a chore. That idea became a studio in Norton Commons. Now, after a long road and a lot of faith, it’s made its way across the river.

Clarksville, you waited for us and cheered us on through every delay. On Friday, October 30, we finally get to thank you in person.

Join us for our official ribbon cutting at 10 AM, and stay to celebrate with us all day.
