Radical acceptance means accepting things for the way they are in the present.
It doesn’t mean resigning yourself to fate or justifying traumatic experiences.
Not accepting the reality of the present can increase suffering.
Be mindful of what’s happening and any resistance behaviors you have to it.
The more you practice radical acceptance, the better you will become at it.
