Healthy Awakening Epigenetic Coaching I align men and women with their unique biology using epigenetics and eliminating the guesswork. I am also a Certified Stress Management Coach.

I am a Level 2 Certified Apeiron Epigenetics Coach, Certified Holistic Health Coach, graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have a passion for working with first responders and love to work with people who have autoimmune conditions, adrenal fatigue, food allergies/sensitivies. I also work with people who have very high stress levels, and little to no energy with which to deal with

it. The frustration of not knowing where or how to being to heal can be overwhelming. I understand this well, as I have experienced it myself while on my journey to heal my own conditions. I became a coach to alleviate some of these frustrations, and create with them a focused path to reaching their own wellness goals. We work as a team to discover what foods work for YOUR body, as we are all different. We also delve deeply into your life and lifestyle. You will implement healthy habits which will last a lifetime, and feel empowered to live the life you were meant to live. My goals for you are to be happy, healthy, and fulfilled...and to have fun in the process of getting there! My clients, if they choose, are part of a private client support group on Facebook which I have created. Most healthcare providers don’t test for it. Susan has not seen the genetic markers, ABCG8 and ABCG5, tested in the most popular direct to consumer DNA arrays.
