Truth is becoming an endangered species. There’s a proliferation of the traditional deception from persons or systems. But with technology there is a burgeoning level of deception that is more sophisticated. This makes remembering the Truth that much more valuable. Whatever ways you remember Truth, whether it’s a walk in the woods, spending time by a body of water, meditating or any way that you raise your consciousness into silent stillness, it is essential for wellbeing. Consider it as an EpiPen of Truth to overcome the allergic reaction to deception.

Each “negative” emotional experience, ranging from mild to intense, gives us access to our karma. Karma being programmed beliefs and patterns of behavior, stemming from family, society or trauma, that direct us from the unconscious mind and bring unpleasant consequences. In response to the emotions, we can choose to just try the same old way harder, adding another layer to karma or, make a break from the old and choose a different path, dissolving that particular karma. This different path is often the opposite of the old.

Memories
Why do memories come back to us? Not just the pleasant ones that we choose to recall and savor. But those irritating, intrusive memories that bring unpleasant emotions with them. Our ego, lower self and all of its’ aliases is a bit of a hoarder. Among the many “collectibles” is the pile of uncomfortable memories. False self has no idea what to do with these so just keeps them. What ego then does is to present an unpleasant memory to our conscious mind, sometimes repeatedly. The intent here is what matters. Ego hands it off to our conscious mind, inviting us to access our higher self and view the event from here so that we can be liberated. Meanings change here. The event happened but the meaning did not happen. In pure consciousness we know nothing is or ever could be about self. Words and actions by another person reveal their level of consciousness, only. Meanings attached by ego are based on making the event about self. Meanings from higher consciousness peel off these misapplied labels allowing a return to wholeness, no longer weighed down by an illusion.

Every time the wind blows, a tree deepens its' root. In times of turbulence, we too, can deepen our roots, connecting more deeply with Spirit, Divine Energy. Through this we nourish and strengthen ourselves.

There exists an inevitable distortion of perceived time inherent within our perceiving. Everything we see and hear, all we sense really, is from the past, be it nano-seconds or light years. What we think is, already was. Pure presence is the only now.

We’ve all experienced some forms of rejection or felt abandoned by another person. It stings. And while it is almost a reflex to take this personally, I would suggest there is nothing personal about it. When looking at rejection or abandonment, maybe it is not who is being rejected but rather, what is being rejected. The one doing the rejection noticed some quality in the other person that led to discomfort, maybe a shadow part. This shadow part exists because of internal rejection or abandonment! Now they recognize the quality in another person and must reject that trait. It really is not you, it’s them.
