Two years. Hundreds of hours. So much learning, reflection, growth, and transformation.

I’m deeply honored to share that I have officially graduated from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda — a NAMA-accredited program — and am now an Ayurveda Health Counselor.

This journey has expanded not only my knowledge of Ayurveda, but my understanding of how profoundly connected we are: body, mind, breath, voice, spirit, digestion, seasons, rhythms, and relationships.

Ayurveda entered my life during a season when I truly needed support and grounding, and over the years it has become a way of living, listening, healing, and serving.

I’m grateful to the teachers, classmates, clients, friends, and family who encouraged me along the way. And I’m especially grateful to every life experience that brought me here.

YAS! Pam continues to grow:

Speech.
Sound.
Breath.
Presence.
Connection.

I look forward to sharing more workshops, cleanses, consultations, seasonal offerings, and heart-centered practices in the months ahead.
