Emotion Release work is based on Dr. Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code, a method that explores how unprocessed emotional experiences can become “stuck” in the body over time.
The idea is that when emotions are not fully processed, the body may hold onto them in a way that can influence overall wellbeing: physically, mentally and emotionally.
During a session, gentle energetic techniques are used to help identify and release these stored emotional patterns so the body can return to a more balanced state.
