Even if he’s never had it, he will taste it to see if he will like it.

For someone who was afraid to try new foods and only ate 3-4 foods for years, that is a big transformation

Yes he was a severe picky eater, but now, he eats almost everything at home even if he doesn’t want it, he takes it especially the juicing and herbals!!

Here….He’s careful about street food because he doesn’t want to get stomach bug so He did the smell test first to see if it’s gone bad before tasting the lamb skewers

Picky eating is gut issue and frankly I wasn’t going to watch my child live on only 4 foods

He was never going to heal on 4 foods and I was determined to change that and we did!!

You can too!!! Drop ā€œPICKYā€ and DM you our free picky eating guide

My son was diagnosed with level 2 autism,

and his picky eating used to be severe.

Sometimes a little edge can make a difference.

One thing I focused on was supporting his gut to help change those picky eating habits day by day.

You’re told to eliminate tubers because they ā€œfeed yeast and candida.ā€

I say, restricting them for long can deplete the gut microbiome instead of healing it.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I don’t eliminate fruits, I don’t eliminate gluten forever , I don’t eliminate dairy forever, tubers is one I’ve never eliminated

My clients on this app will confirm thatšŸ˜

My son has had tubers almost every day since we started his healing journey, and they remain a core part of his diet.

Here are some of the right tubers to use (as seen in this reel):
• African yams – usually at local African markets
• Cocoyam (taro) – often at South American markets or your regular grocery store
• Japanese or African sweet potatoes – most local grocery stores
• Cassava (not in the reel) – widely available in many American grocery stores

If you’re NEW here, welcome to a space where we eat from nature strategically, so the body can actually absorb nutrients and thrive.

Recipe :
Remove skin (for sweet potatoes I rarely remove skin), cut everything up into your preferred shape, fry in avocado or coconut oil until cooked and golden brown, add salt or any herb spice you have.

Ensuring consistent, good GUT flow has been one of the most important parts of his thriving journey.

Yes — it can be that simple.

I’ve shared this several times on this platform, with testimonials from both followers and clients: not pooping, or not pooping enough, can show up as dysregulation.

When the GUT regulated internally, everything else starts to align.

And yes, that’s my son talking in the background, updating me on a login issue he’s having. šŸ˜
