š“Sweet Tamarind + Cranberry Tea
Ingredients

1 cup sweet tamarind (shelled)
ā
1/4 cup cranberries
ā
3 cups water
Instructions
1. Remove the shells from the sweet tamarind pods and measure 1 cup of the flesh.
2. Add the tamarind, cranberries, and 3 cups of water to a pot.
3. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 20ā30 minutes.
4. As the tamarind softens, use a spoon to mash it into the water.
5. Remove from heat and allow to steep until warm.
6. Strain out the seeds, fibers, and cranberry skins.
7. Serve warm or chilled.
Store in the refrigerator and use within 3ā4 days..
