We are so excited to finally share something we’ve been working on for over a month… POP POP COLD BREW is officially here!
Starts tomorrow Wednesday at our Gabe’s and Gourmet Goddesses location.

From day one, so many of you have asked, “When are you going to have coffee?” We listened. After lots of testing, taste tests, and fine tuning, we’re proud to introduce our very first coffee menu in partnership with Cultivate Coffee Roasters.

While we’re not a coffee shop, we wanted to create a coffee option for our amazing community that still feels like POP POP. That’s why we’ll be offering cold brew in 16 oz cups only and while supplies last each day, so we can make sure as many people as possible get a chance to enjoy it.

Whether you’re a longtime coffee lover or just looking to try something new, we can’t wait to hear what you think. Tell us your favorite flavor, snap a picture, and share it with us!

And don’t forget, all POP POP locations are 100% gluten free.

Coffee is a natural agricultural product, so tiny amounts of naturally occurring compounds called mycotoxins can exist in coffee and many other foods. These come from certain molds that can develop during farming, processing, or storage.

For high-quality specialty coffee, the risk is considered extremely low.

The same practices that produce great coffee also help prevent mold problems:

* careful harvesting
* proper drying
* clean storage
* quality sorting
* rejecting defective beans

That’s one reason specialty coffee standards matter.

Roasting kills most mold organisms, but prevention earlier in the process is the most important step.

That’s why sourcing, processing, storage, and quality control matter so much.
