Resilience in Action 🤍 A Live Emotional Resilience and Reiki Experience

I am officially opening registration for Resilience in Action, the first Action Universe adult pilot program experience.

This live Zoom class is designed to help adults respond to emotionally difficult moments with greater awareness, steadiness, and intention.

During our time together, I will teach a practical emotional-resilience tool that can help you:

• Recognize when you are becoming emotionally overwhelmed
• Create space between a trigger and an automatic reaction
• Notice what you are feeling, thinking, and needing
• Choose a healthier and more intentional response
• Understanding the different layers of interaction

The class will also include a guided grounding practice, private reflection and journaling, and a distance Reiki experience to support relaxation and integration.

No previous experience with Reiki, meditation, or emotional-resilience practices is required. You are welcome to participate at your own comfort level.

If somebody tells you that they don’t care.. they don’t care about what you have to say.. they don’t care about your emotions or how you feel, and they don’t care about taking responsibility for how they speak to you or what they say to you…

It shows you where you stand with them, and where you will continue to stand because they won’t ever care enough to want to listen or even acknowledge that something has to change. 🕊️🔥🪽

I’ve been sitting in meditation and contemplation about something for a while now..

What if we’ve been looking at the beings surrounding God’s throne through a distorted lens?

The description of a Cherubim / Cherub is the face of a man, a lion, an eagle, and an ox… so my question to God was it actually meant to be a man, or the masculine versions of these creatures? 🤔💭

If these beings are closest to the throne of the God, and all of creation flows from God, wouldn’t the human representation point toward the woman/ (womb-man)?

A woman carries a womb, and in that womb life is created and nurtured, and life itself is brought forth through the woman’s body.

A womb is where life is formed, where the invisible becomes visible. The womb is where creation is nurtured, protected, and brought forth.

The more I think about it, the more I wonder if we’ve overlooked something incredibly profound.

Shouldn’t the human image surrounding it naturally reflect the vessel through which human life enters the world? 👩‍🦳

Then my mind kept going…

What if the lion is actually a lioness, the protector of her pride. What if the eagle is a the female eagle, known for incredible vision and precision, and mind you, the female eagle is actually larger, stronger, and heavier than the male, sometimes by 25–35%!

What if the ox is better understood through the white buffalo, symbolized by the white buffalo calf woman, carrying themes of provision, endurance, and abundance?

What if we’ve spent centuries seeing these images from a distorted lens? What if it was always supposed to be the feminine instead?

SPIRITUAL = SPIRIT-YOU-ALL - Jennifer Podolak

When we speak we create sonic booms, sonic booms affect reality/matter/energy. Words are energy, they hold weight so to speak, they each have their own unique energy signature based on the nature of the word- the tones used, the emotions held behind it, and the thought energy being perceived or carried with it.

Today the word SPIRITUAL was hanging around, so I decided to really sit with it and see the hidden meanings/words/energy entangled within it.

SPIRITUAL = SPIRIT-YOU-ALL

Once I read it, I kinda had a “duhh” moment. Of Course Spiritual would carry the energy of spirit you all, which in my opinion, imbues the Holy Spirit into all. In my own life, growing up raised catholic, attending St. Benedict’s, I felt contradictions to some of the teachings. It quite literally brought up an uncomfortable feeling within me, not knowing then what I know now, I wasn’t able to properly identify the uncomfortable feeling I was having was an energetic response to religion. To me religion did not unite, it in fact created a hierarchy, especially among the people.

In spirituality, I have found more love, more connection, more compassion, more grace, and God. I feel as if I found God in God’s true form, the infinite Holy Spirit of the Most High. And for the first time in my life, I can actually say I have found home within me, God within me, and God within others. Something that religion, in my opinion, really struggled to bridge.

So in its essence, spirituality has done exactly what its underlying energy has provided. Bringing the Holy Spirit of God to me, to all that I see, to all that I do, to all that I say, and to all that I know. And for that, I am truly grateful.
