My heart is full as I watch Natasha’s Saturday classes grow. Truly, I designed this space for community, wellness, personal growth, and most importantly a space, no matter what service within ARISE, each person feels supported in their journey from a judgment free perspective.

She creates this with every class. Thank you for being an amazing instructor who leads with love and compassion.

Spider Web and Human Fascia- it amazes me how closely we are connected to nature. Both of these, so fragile and easily destroyed. And yet strong enough to hold in place through outside forces. Fascia
What it is: A continuous web of fibrous tissue made of collagen and fluid that wraps around internal body parts.
What it does: Gives muscles shape, reduces friction during movement, and transmits mechanical force.
Health impact: When stressed, dehydrated, or injured, fascia can tighten and stick to tissues, causing pain and stiffness.
