Vitamin B12 plays a key role in energy production, metabolism, nerve health and red blood cell production

When levels are low, it can show up as:
• Fatigue
• Brain fog
• Feeling drained despite sleep
• Low energy throughout the day

B12 injections bypass the gut for direct absorption and can help support energy, clarity, and overall wellness 💉

🙌BIRTHDAY PROVIDER SPOTLIGHT✨

Happy Birthday to the provider behind so much of what makes Title Wellness different 🤍

Matt built this clinic around the belief that patients deserve more than rushed appointments, surface-level labs, and one-size-fits-all care

As an ICU nurse, he wanted more.

The hours spent reviewing labs, educating patients, personalizing protocols, and continuing to learn behind the scenes never go unnoticed

Our patients constantly tell us they finally feel heard, understood, and empowered in their health journey — and that starts with the level of care he brings every single day.

We’re incredibly grateful for the passion, time and heart he pours into this clinic

Happy Birthday Matt

Perimenopause is often the “no man’s land” of hormones.

Hormones that were once stable and predictable can begin fluctuating dramatically month to month — and sometimes day to day

The effects? They can look different for every woman:

❗️Light sleep
❗️Night wakings
❗️Irregular cycles
❗️Night sweats
❗️Irritability
❗️Mood swings
❗️Anxiety
❗️Brain fog
❗️Fatigue

…and much more.

Many women are told:
“Your labs are normal.”
“It’s stress.”
“Maybe you just need an SSRI.”

And while medications absolutely have a time and place, the underlying hormonal transition is often overlooked.

Another issue?
Perimenopause is nuanced.

In many women, progesterone begins declining earlier and more consistently, while estrogen fluctuations can become unpredictable — swinging high, low, and everywhere in between

That’s why treatment can’t be one-size-fits-all

Most patients don’t need another rushed appointment.
They need answers.

At Title Wellness, our consultations are designed to go deeper than simply checking a few labs and writing a prescription.

We spend time understanding:

* how you’re actually feeling
* your symptoms and history
* your lifestyle and stressors
* patterns in your labs
* and where your levels may fall compared to what’s considered more optimal for YOU

Because “normal” doesn’t always explain why someone feels exhausted, foggy, unmotivated, or unlike themselves.

We believe patients should understand:

* what their labs say
* what those labs may mean
* and how everything connects together

No cookie-cutter protocols.
No one-size-fits-all approach.
Just personalized care built around the individual sitting in front of us.

Somewhere along your hormone journey, you’ve probably heard:

“Oral estradiol is bad because it goes through the liver and causes clots.”

But hormone therapy — and the research behind it — is far more nuanced than that.

When oral estradiol passes through the liver, it creates downstream compounds and fatty acid esters that transdermal estrogen largely bypasses.

These compounds may support:
• vascular and endothelial health
• nitric oxide production and blood flow
• HDL and lipid metabolism
• visceral fat reduction
• cognition and neuroprotection
• bone and metabolic health

In our consultations, we discuss BOTH the potential risks and the unique physiologic benefits that oral estradiol may offer compared to transdermal options — because women deserve to understand the full picture and get the best benefits.

We also discuss the fact that randomized controlled trials on oral estradiol have not shown the dramatic risks many women were led to fear decades ago.

This does NOT mean oral estradiol is right for everyone.
And it does NOT mean transdermal estrogen doesn’t have an important role.

Different delivery methods have different risks, benefits, and indications.

But reducing the conversation to:
“patch good, oral bad”
does women a disservice.

Hormone therapy should be individualized — not fear based.

Behind the business, the appointments, and the busy days… these three are our why.

Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, humbling, and the most rewarding role. Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms giving so much of themselves every single day 🤍

Because hormones change body composition long before most people realize it.

As estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, growth hormone, and insulin sensitivity shift with age, people start losing lean muscle and bone while gaining fat — even if the scale barely changes.

That’s why focusing only on weight can be misleading.

The real goal?
Protecting muscle. Supporting bone health. Optimizing hormones. Improving metabolic health. Aging with strength — not just a smaller number on the scale

In 1979, testosterone below 576 ng/dL was considered low.

Today, 300 ng/dL is considered “normal.”

The reference ranges changed.
But men’s symptoms didn’t disappear.

Fatigue.
Low motivation.
Poor recovery.
Low libido.
Brain fog.

Too many men are told they’re “fine” because they fall somewhere inside a lab range.

But “normal” doesn’t always mean optimal.

Peptides are everywhere right now—but not all peptides are created, sourced, or used the same way.

There’s a big difference between buying something labeled “research use only” online and being treated with a peptide through a medical provider.

The name may look the same.
The standard is not.
