Walk when:
- you’re having a difficult conversation

Yesterday we had the Fogelman Downtown YMCA event titled Healthy Active Adults Speaker Series: Eat Well, Live Well — Simple Nutrition for a Stronger You 💛

I had the honor of speaking on “Living Long & Prospering” and diving into:
• Real food vs. processed
• Healthy protein intake
• What do we do about sugar?

The energy in the room was incredible — so interactive, so engaged, and full of life. I truly enjoyed not only sharing this information, but also hearing the stories and connecting with some amazing members of the Y.

Because at the end of the day, it’s about people… and living life to the fullest. And let me tell you — these adults are doing just that, taking their health into their own hands and showing up strong.
