As remote monitoring continues to gain traction across healthcare, the ability to engage patients at scale has never been more important.

Since 2019, MiCare Path has facilitated more than 110 million vital readings and patient device interactions, with an average of 3.5 million readings flowing through our platform each month in 2026.

These aren't just data points. They represent millions of opportunities to keep patients connected, identify potential issues earlier, and extend care beyond the office visit.

Over 110,000,000 vital readings and counting.

At MiCare Path, we know that great care extends beyond the patient's office visit. It includes supporting the families and caregivers who walk alongside them every day.

Recently, we received a heartfelt email from the mother of one of our patients recognizing Care Coordinator, Lisette San Martin, MA.

"Lisette is one in a million. She goes above and beyond and has such a huge heart. My son has major blood pressure, heart, and kidney problems, and she has been there for us in so many ways. She listens to me as well as caring for him. As a mother, I appreciate her so very much."

The impact of healthcare is often measured in outcomes, but moments like these remind us that compassion, listening, and genuine human connection matter just as much.

Thank you, Lisette, for the exceptional care and support you provide to our patients and their families every day. We are so proud to have you on the team.

Please help us welcome Mario Campos to the MiCare Path team as our new Onboarding Specialist.

Mario joins us from Christian Brothers University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts. He also brings a professional background in hospitality and logistics, adding a strong mix of creativity, organization, and people-first experience to our team.

Outside of work, Mario enjoys painting and literally wrangling cats with his two feline sidekicks, Simy and Macy.

Mario is officially the 5th fella in our Memphis office. Despite the growing roster, the women of MiCare Path still hold a dominant 80% lead and don’t appear concerned about giving it up anytime soon.

We’re excited to have Mario on board and know he will be a great addition to the team.

For many rural and underserved urban populations, healthcare access is about more than distance. Transportation barriers, provider shortages, work schedules, and limited time away from family make consistent in-person follow-up difficult for many patients managing chronic conditions.

This is why phone-based virtual care management and remote monitoring matter.

At , we help extend care beyond the office visit through structured phone-based outreach that keeps patients connected to their care team between appointments. Regular check-ins help reinforce treatment plans, improve adherence, identify warning signs earlier, and support patients before complications lead to hospitalization or worse.

Research continues to show that structured care management can reduce hospitalizations, emergency department visits, and preventable complications for high-risk patients.

Better access. Earlier intervention. More connected care.

Big shoutout to our MiCare Path Quarterly RAT Award winners, John Michael Schroeppel and Levi Latimer.

These two define what it means to be resourceful, accountable, and tenacious, and this quarter, they truly went above and beyond.

John Michael is one of the first voices our patients hear. He takes the time to explain the value of virtual care, making sure patients understand how the program supports them beyond the office visit. He guides them through enrollment, helps with those first device readings, and keeps everything organized and up to date behind the scenes so our clinics stay informed and aligned.

Levi is a true jack of all trades. He steps in wherever needed, whether that is supporting on-site enrollment, pulling data, creating reports, or keeping the team on track with weekly compliance. He never hesitates to jump in, and whether it is helping a teammate or delivering devices to clinics, Levi is always the first to raise his hand.

John Michael and Levi, your work makes a real impact across our patients, partners, and team. We are lucky to have you both!

MiCare Path is proud to be on the carpet at in Chicago, showcasing the power of our partnership with BIOTRONIK and the impact of the BIOMONITOR IV+ program.

Our CEO Scott Laster and CCO Brian Childress, alongside our BIOTRONIK partners Jason Nance and Rachel Martin, are demonstrating how continuous monitoring paired with proactive, virtual care is transforming the way care teams manage patients with cardiac conditions.

The BIOMONITOR IV+ program represents a meaningful step forward in delivering actionable insights, earlier interventions, and a more connected patient experience beyond the clinic walls. Together, we are empowering providers with deeper visibility into arrhythmias while ensuring patients feel supported every step of the way.

This marks our first time partnering with at , and we couldn’t be more excited to be here together. If you’re in Chicago, stop by Booth 600 to learn how we’re extending care beyond the office visit.
