Transportation should never be a barrier to getting the care you need. That’s why we offer transportation support through Uber Health, so getting to your appointment is one less thing to worry about.

If you need transportation assistance, simply let a Crossroads Health staff member know 24-48 hours in advance (if possible). Our team will schedule an Uber Health ride for you, free of charge. Rides are reliable, safe, and private. No account or app needed.

It is our goal to help patients stabilize and reduce mental health symptoms to support living life to the fullest. With psychiatry services, patients can choose which provider they would like to see. All psychiatry providers' profiles can be found at:

A heartfelt thank you to the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health for investing in initiatives like this that strengthen Ohio's behavioral health workforce.

We know just how critical ongoing professional development is for behavioral health practitioners. Finding the time and financial resources to pursue continuing education can be challenging, yet it is essential to ensuring Lake County and surrounding communities receive the highest quality care and support.

That is why Crossroads Health recently welcomed a new Director of Training and Staff Enrichment, who will lead efforts to expand internal CEU and CME opportunities, strengthen recruitment and retention, and develop leadership pathways and internship programs that foster long-term professional growth and commitment to the field of behavioral health.
