I haven't posted an article in a while. Here's one on chronic pain:
Real Causes
Nutritional Deficiencies such as B Vitamins or Magnesium
Poor sleep-Tissue repairs during sleep
Ribose-Shortens muscles causing chronic pain
Inactivity-Muscle stretching helps release pain
Prescription medications-such as statins can be a common cause of muscle pain
Hormonal Imbalances-low levels of T3, adrenal, estrogen, progesterone
Chronic Inflammation – underlying force behind pain
Pain Management
Muscle pain – most common cause of pain – due to low energy in the muscles.
Address real causes of pain, if the causes of pain are addressed, you can lower muscle pain by at least 50%.
Pain caused by decreased energy in muscles – get good sleep, balance hormones, regulate immune system and
minimize inflammation, optimize nutrition and exercise. All this helps to stretch muscles which is required.
Arthritis – natural therapies can be as effective as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory meds for pain relief. For example,
Curumin from Terry Naturally may be as effective as Celebrex (NSaidS) for both osteoarthritis and
rheumatoid arthritis. Glucosamine and chondroitin may be as effective as NSaids. Curumin 1-2 capsules 3 times a day. Be-Mobile – 2 caps twice a day. These are a few examples.
Control sensitization – causes more sinisterness to pain and a lower threshold for pain – affecting the central nervous system.
Low Dose Naltrexone – is an effective treatment for central pain (brain and spinal cord). Take 1 capsule daily at bedtime for a prolong time. It takes a couple of months to get effective results
To help eliminate pain (chronic) best to use nutrients, herbs and medications – Structural therapies, chiropractic, osteopathy, myofascial release, physical therapy, weight loss, TENS unit and magnets.
