Yoga, Meditation & Reiki with Melissa LLC I teach yoga classes in a variety of styles such as chair yoga, vinyasa yoga, strengthening yoga, gentle yoga, hatha yoga and yoga nidra.

I also offer customizable personal yoga sessions, meditation classes and personal sessions and Reiki sessions.
