Making the decision to call hospice can be so hard, but for those living with dementia and for those that love and care for them can be especially difficult, as the road to hospice is not always a clear and straight path.

Shadow work doesn’t require digging up everything at once.

Start smaller.

Notice what triggers you.
Get curious before judging your reaction.
Write down what keeps resurfacing.
Give yourself permission to sit with an emotion without immediately trying to change it.

Awareness first. Healing can unfold from there.
