My career turns 19 this month! 🥳

I started practicing massage therapy professionally in 2007 when I was 19 years old, which means I have been a massage therapist for half my life. 😳 Sometimes it feels like it hasn't been that long, other times it's difficult trying to remember a time when I wasn't a massage therapist. 💆‍♀️ I am so grateful for a career that has taught me so much; for my clients whom I love, for the talented therapists I have learned from and traded with over the years, and for a body that can handle this line of work. 💪 My prayer is that I am able to continue to bless people with my work for many years to come. 🙏 A huge thank you to the people in my corner; your support has been paramount in my growth. Happy birthday to my massage career! 🎉

Ew, feet... 🤪 No, I'm kidding!

I took a reflexology course over the weekend. In person continuing education is SO MUCH MORE FUN than online learning, especially with this group of talent. I'm so excited to incorporate what I've learned into my practice. If anyone is interested in receiving reflexology, I'd love to be considered in helping you achieve your healing and self-care needs.

A huge thank you to Heidi Jae for teaching such an informative and enlightening course, and thanks to my good friends Eryn Rish and Liz Buuck for being my practice buddies. I had such a memorable weekend with you ladies. Shout out to Studio Sacred for allowing us to use their beautiful facility for this class.
