What started as a career became something so much deeper. I get to help people feel better physically, while also holding space for the stress, the stories, and everything they trust me enough to share in my room. 🤍

My commitment to fitness and faith has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of caring for my body and soul. After all, my body is the most important tool I use to serve others. 💪🏽🙏🏽🌿
