When I first started down the path of somatic healing, rarely did I wake up and think, I feel like crap so I’ve gotta reconnect to myself and somatics are the way to go. 😂

Usually my clients aren’t new to personal growth or development. They also aren’t looking for another escape or new way to keep getting the same temporary result. The reason they show up and stay is because they want a solution and they know it’s within them but no matter what they try, things just don’t budge.

I help in that process. Not of adding more onto your plate but helping the process of shedding what isn’t needed, shifting the perspective and lightening the load to more of what life has to offer.

A new type of ‘work.’

Slowing down isn’t hard, it’s new.

I’m not saying it will be easy. But I’m suggesting that maybe what you thought was work…. Was a distraction. And the reason it’s so hard for you to slow down is because that’s what’s new to you right now.

You know ‘hard’ is objective. And the more you practice something, the ‘easier’ it gets.
