Something new is beginning at Holistic Soul Center. 🪷

I’m opening the Center once a month for a small Reiki Practice & Gathering, created for people who have Reiki training and would like a place to return to their practice, deepen it through experience, or simply practice with others.

Each gathering will include guided Reiki practices and exercises that I’ll lead, time to practice together, conversation, questions, and sharing.

This is open to anyone with Reiki I or higher training from any Reiki tradition or lineage. You do not need to have studied Reiki with me, and you don’t need to be actively practicing right now.

What does Reiki actually feel like? 🪷

It's one of the questions I get asked the most — and the honest answer is: it's different for everyone.

Some people feel warmth where my hands rest, or heat moving through their body. Others notice tingling, gentle waves, or a soft pulsing sensation.

Many simply drop into deep relaxation — a quiet, meditative state where the breath slows and the mind settles. I've had clients fall asleep during a session and wake up saying it was the most relaxed sleep they've had in a very long time.

Sometimes emotion rises to the surface too: tears, laughter, relief, or just a wave of peace.

Some see colors, images, or symbols. Others feel... nothing unusual at all. And that's completely okay.

Reiki meets you where you need it, not always how and when you expect it to.

I've had clients leave a session saying "I didn't really feel anything," only to message me days later — sleeping better, feeling calmer, handling stress differently, feeling more like themselves again.

Reiki is subtle. Its effects often show up less in the moment, and more in how you feel afterward.

There's no "right" way to experience it. Whatever you feel — or don't — is exactly how it's meant to unfold for you. 💚

In 2017, I became a Reiki Master Teacher.

And then I didn't teach Reiki.

For years, I focused on helping clients heal through psychic mediumship, intuition development, Reiki, and the many tools I had developed along the way. Reiki was always part of my work, but teaching Reiki wasn't.

Recently, something shifted.

This September, Reiki I & II training will be coming to Holistic Soul Center through a hybrid online format that combines self-paced learning with live training sessions and attunements.

Over the coming weeks, I'll be sharing more about my Reiki journey, what Reiki is, what it isn't, and why I believe this work is needed now more than ever.

Reiki Space Clearing is now available. ✨

Over the years, so many clients have told me they can immediately feel the energy in my office or home, describing it as calming, peaceful, grounding, or simply “different.” After recently completing my Reiki Space Clearing Practitioner training, I’m now offering this work professionally to support others in creating that same feeling within their own spaces.

Our homes and workspaces hold the energy of daily life, stress, emotions, experiences, and transitions. Over time, spaces can begin to feel heavy, stagnant, chaotic, or simply “off.”

This gentle service combines Reiki techniques with Feng Shui principles to help restore balance, harmony, and flow within your environment.
