Reiki training, reimagined for practitioners.
If you already work with people through your hands, your presence, or your care, I believe Reiki can become a beautiful extension of the work you already do.
This training is designed for yoga teachers, massage therapists, estheticians, nurses, bodyworkers, and wellness practitioners who are curious about Reiki and want to develop a grounded, intentional personal practice.
Rather than treating Reiki as something completely separate from the work you already do, we’ll explore how to build a genuine relationship with the practice—starting with yourself.
Reiki level 1 is about the foundation.
You’ll learn:
➞ What Reiki is and where it comes from
➞ The Reiki principles and precepts
➞ Energetic awareness and the chakra system
➞ How to practice Reiki on yourself
➞ How to confidently give Reiki to friends, family, and fellow practitioners
➞ The foundations of holding space for another person
➞ Your Reiki level 1 attunement
➞ How to continue developing your practice after the training
Level 1 is intentionally focused on learning, experiencing, and practicing Reiki. It is not about rushing into offering Reiki professionally before you’ve had the opportunity to develop your own relationship with the practice.
My hope is that you will leave level 1 not simply with a certificate, but with a practice you genuinely understand, trust, and feel connected to.
Because Reiki doesn’t ask you to become a different kind of practitioner.
It invites you to deepen the practitioner you already are.
