The weather may have been just “okay,” but the energy was everything. Huge gratitude to our incredible vendors for sharing your beautiful work and bringing such positive, uplifting vibes. You made it feel alive.

To everyone who helped set up, coordinate, and jump in wherever needed—this truly wouldn’t have happened without you.

And to this amazing community… thank you for continuing to show up, support, and be part of something we’re building together. You make it all possible.

We had so much fun I barely took any photos (classic 😅)… but there were puppies, and yes, I absolutely made time take their pic. So that’s what we’ve got from our May Patio Hang 🐾

Jennifer brings a powerful blend of experience, education, and heart to her teaching. With over a decade of personal practice and a deep commitment to accessible, trauma-informed yoga, her classes create space for every body to move, breathe, and reconnect.

Expect thoughtful sequencing, strong alignment cues, and a grounding presence. Her approach is rooted in mindfulness, inclusivity, and genuine connection—on and off the mat.
