Hey Healthy Wealthy Queens 💪🏾✨We can’t out-train poor nutrition choices.In this episode Kelly Rowland talks about how changing her diet improved her overall health.This is what happens when we come together in alignment with Gods design and begin to steward our temple well —we train with purpose AND we eat with intention, which is why we’re officially partnering with Body By God Fitness.We’ve got some amazing things on the horizon but in the meantime and in between time here are some tips to get started towards good stewardship of your body: 🥦 Practical Nutrition Tips for Women:• Prioritize protein at every mea, does not have to be animal protein—especially every meal but we’ll get into that soon (aim for 25–35g) to support muscle, metabolism & hormone balance• Build your plate: ½ veggies, ¼ protein, ¼ smart carbs• Don’t fear healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, nuts) — they support hormone health• Hydrate like it’s your job (½ your body weight in ounces daily 💧)• Eat to fuel — not to indulge. Your body is not the enemy. It’s the temple. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)We’re not chasing skinny.We’re building strong.We’re stewarding what God gave us.🙏🏾 Prayer Prompt:“Lord, teach me to honor You with what I eat. Give me discipline over cravings, wisdom in my choices, and gratitude for nourishing foods. Strengthen my body as I strengthen my spirit.
