Studio Schedule update // please read all!

Chi will be taking a summer sabbatical for the month of June. He will be in studio June 1st and June 29th leading the Full Moon Lunar Landings.

Join us for Kirtan and his 90 min yoga + sound baths are May 24 and May 31 before we update his studio offerings and schedule for July and onward. He will also be leading a writers workshop at the end of this month. Sundays in June will be filled with some exciting new offerings and collaborations as well. Including reiki + sound bath, soul body flow + sound bath, yin/nidra + soul chat and soul guidance hypnosis and sound bath (new offering!).

Please share in comments if you have any requests — Kirtan in the evening, qigong, astrology workshops, etc. we want to hear from you! This man can do it all and we value your input.

Living Word: A Writing Workshop

Calling all poets, creatives, yoga teachers, and anyone wishing to hone their use of words. In this workshop, you will learn to use “Object Writing” as a technique to destroy writer’s block, harness the power of your authenticity, and unleash your self-expression. We’ll begin with an introduction to the exercise, followed by several rounds of writing and sharing. Then you will receive a mini-soundbath to promote deeper awareness, followed by a few more rounds of writing and sharing. Studio will be open after for additional socialization.

April 4th marks our 10th collaboration with Caty + Jessie. It is truly one of our favorite offerings— each session leaves you feeling deep in your senses and body.
