Our Sound Healing Training is for those who feel called to work with sound intentionally — whether you are hoping to facilitate sound baths, deepen your existing practice, or simply explore your relationship with sound in a more meaningful way.

Throughout this immersive training, we explore instruments, techniques, and the foundations of sound healing. But we also make space for the things that can’t always be found in a manual: listening, presence, intuition, discernment, and finding your own authentic relationship with this work.

This training is an invitation to learn, practice, ask questions, and develop the skills to work with sound in a way that feels grounded and true to you.

3 Instrument Sound Bath
There is a beauty in simplicity.

A sound bath doesn’t have to be filled with instruments to be deeply immersive. Sometimes, fewer sounds create more space — to listen, to feel, to integrate, and to restore.

Intentionally working with a few instruments and allowing their unique qualities to expand into one another creates a field of resonance. The sounds begin to weave together, inviting deeper states of consciousness, connection, and presence.

Sometimes, it’s not about adding more — but about creating enough space to truly feel and hear what is already there. Wisdom is always moving through you. Sound can help clear away fog held in the mind, body and emotional field.

It was high vibes and free spirits at the Fillmore Friday.

It was a complete honor—and a wonderful surprise—to be invited to open for Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso on their world tour. This Argentinian duo is unapologetically authentic in both their music and message, and they put on an incredible show.

With Argentina winning in overtime at 7:44 p.m., we took the stage just one minute later after a quick sound check during the game’s intermission. The crowd had no idea they were about to experience a sound bath, and we couldn’t have asked for a more open, curious, and absolutely stoked audience. The energy in the room was electric, and sharing that moment together is something we’ll never forget.
