Announcing our upcoming specialty workshop offerings aside from monthly Brainspotting Phase 1 and 2 trainings!

I'm so excited to extend a special invitation that is close to my heart and for my SWANA/MENA community. We have created two containers for our people to come together to heal with one another, exploring the powerful cultural threads that connect us through the tapestry of lands across the Eastern hemisphere. The in-person 5 day ancestral/intergenerational healing workshop and online Brainspotting immersion are sacred affinity spaces where we can process intergenerational and colonial wounds while receiving the gifts of our peoples and the lands we come from. I welcome you to gather so we can experience and know the healing that is possible for us and our past and future ancestors.

Brainspotting & Ketamine Two-Day Workshop
Portland, Oregon | July 31 - August 1, 2026

Join us for an immersive two-day, in-person workshop designed for Brainspotting therapists seeking to integrate low-dose ketamine into their practice. This training explores how low-dose (psycholytic) ketamine can enhance Brainspotting sessions as well as how Brainspotting can be used for preparation and integration in transpersonal journeys.

Day one focuses on education and ethical considerations regarding ketamine and Brainspotting, a group Brainspotting and low dose ketamine experience, while day two offers further hands-on experiential learning, providing an understanding of ketamine’s synergistic role within the Brainspotting neuroexperiential model through live ketamine-assisted Brainspotting demonstrations and practicums.

Fee: $1100, includes medical evaluation
Friday, July 31st & Saturday, August 1st | 9:00am - 6:30pm

We just wrapped an intimate weekend in Minnesota, exploring the depths of ketamine, entheogens, and Brainspotting. It was a beautiful way to open our first gathering at our new retreat and healing space, The Hidden Sanctuary.

Together, this group stepped into the mysteries of the psyche while engaging Brainspotting through a wider, more cultural lens. We explored both the promise and the complexity of psychedelics entering the Western mainstream, staying grounded in a kinship based, decolonial frame rather than a consumer and capitalist driven one. This is especially important as the federal legislation has recently allowed fast tracking of research and FDA approval for psychedelics in the USA.

We learned how to work with low dose ketamine in both group and individual settings, including the practical considerations of integrating this work into a Brainspotting practice.

If you’re feeling called to deepen into low dose work, psychedelic therapy, and their integration with Brainspotting, we’ll be in Portland from July 31 to August 2 for our next cohort.

A groundbreaking class is coming to Forte Fine Arts this summer ☀️, designed and taught by Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker & Forte instructor Erin Arnst!! 🎉

With an extensive background in mental health, Erin understands the powerful role music, movement, mindfulness and playful exploration can play in supporting children’s development. The “Happy Moves” classes encourage kids to connect with their bodies, creativity, and inner strengths in a supportive and fun environment.

In “Happy Moves” classes, offered this summer for ages 7-10, students will:

🎵 move, dance, and explore creative expression through music
🎵 learn simple rhythms and musical games
🎵 practice mindfulness and body awareness through playful movement
🎵 build confidence and self-expression in a supportive group setting
🎵 use imagination through storytelling, movement, and sound

Classes will be held on Wednesdays in June, from 9:15-10:00am. Cost is $100/student for the 4-week session.
