As we go into another holiday weekend we need to normalize that we don’t always have our ish together.

Some days I’m sipping on my protein shake, drinking my water, and meal prepping

…and other days I’m eating toast for dinner, grabbing chips and salsa, or calling my 32oz white mocha with oat milk a snack and a coping mechanism 🤷🏻‍♀️

The biggest thing I’ve learned in my 15 years as a health coach is that wellness isn’t about having every day perfectly figured out.

Life gets stressful, messy, emotional, busy, and overwhelming sometimes — and you’re still allowed to keep going.

🚫Not perfection.Not restriction.Not guilt.

Just consistency, support, and giving yourself grace while you figure it out 💚

So here’s your reminder while you CELEBRATE the good times and the bad
One “off” moment does NOT ruin your progress.

Due to the massive increase in sales we are
OUT OF PRODUCT and waiting on a truck to arrive this morning.
Was supposed to come yesterday 😖
Because of this we will open at 9am and will miss our breakfast crowd im so sorry.

We haven’t had a day like this in sooooo long. Our hearts are BURSTING 💕

Over 150 teas to the wonderful teachers at

South Prairie School
And some treats to Edison and MNHS

Thank you to all the educators in Minot and the surrounding communities. Your daily outpouring of love to our kiddos never goes unnoticed.
We hope you had the BEST WEEK EVER!!!

Minot High and Memorial will receive their teas next week. We were so busy at the shop it was hard to sneak away 🙌🏼
