Some of our Down Syndrome Innovations families are headed to the Big Apple! Their photos were chosen from more than 2,700 entries worldwide to be part of the annual National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) Times Square Video.

The one-hour video features 500+ photos of children, teens, and adults with Down syndrome from all 50 states and 12 countries.

Our therapy team meets people with Down syndrome at every age and every stage. Our strengths-based approach starts with what your loved one can already do, then builds from there. Through small groups, one-on-one skill building, mental health counseling, workshops, and caregiver support, we help grow independence, communication, emotional regulation, and overall quality of life.

Behind it all is a team that brings together expertise in behavior, speech, occupational therapy, social work, and vision support, all under one roof.

We're hiring! Down Syndrome Innovations is growing, and we're looking for a part-time Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This is a part-time position that includes some evening and weekend hours.

In this role, you'll provide individual and group therapy to promote the mental health of individuals with Down syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, across the lifespan. Beyond direct therapy, you'll coach and support families and caregivers, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help build innovative teletherapy programming.
