Riverbend Rehabilitation Hospital South Ouachita Clinic is a rural walk-in health clinic. We accept Medicaid & also provide pediatric vaccinations. Transportation is provided!

If you need help filing for Medicaid, we provide free services for the application process. Riverbend Rehabilitation Hospital is an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Our focus is on individualized therapy plans that will boost your patient's confidence & independency. We can accept patient's from self, home health, hospital, & MD referrals. Inspirations of Monroe provides IOP & PHP programs for s

enior citizens that are struggling with life's daily challenges. We provide individual, group, & activity therapy.
