There are a variety of benefits: increase exercise & range of motion, improving fine motor skills & grip strength, stress relief & mood booster, better cognitive health, heart health: lowering blood pressure & managing cholesterol, vitamin D exposure, mindfulness, and purpose: you’ll want to see your hard work grow so you’ll be outside taking care of your garden every day!
