Childbirth can feel overwhelming and childbirth education can help alleviate some of that overwhelm by providing information, offering a forum to get your questions answered and help you build your village. Our upcoming Parenting 101 will help parents learn the importance of taking a childbirth class of their choice that isn't hospital-based, what they should look for in a childbirth class, the different styles of classes, and the various options that are available to them locally, with a resource list handout included, as well as a quick fact sheet. Our hosts will also share what each of them do and how parents can look beyond just a childbirth class to prepare themselves for birth and prepare their village to support them through this time.

Visit https://calendly.com/birthnetworkmonterey/p101 to register. Don’t miss this valuable session!
