We are so excited to introduce our new monthly yoga classes! 🧘‍♀️🌿

Join us on Saturday, June 27th from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM for a relaxing and beginner-friendly yoga experience led by Carah Marie.

This month’s class is designed specifically for active adults who want an introduction to yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement. In a world that constantly keeps us busy, we want to create a space where you can slow down, quiet your body, and recharge.
