I am so looking forward to this event, the Witches’ Market, on Saturday, October 3rd at the McConnell Mansion in Moscow. Each floor will offer something different, from fabulous art, tarot, crystals, jewelry, a sound bath (by me) and more!

Tonight’s benefit has a full registration list! I’ve arranged eleven comfy floor pads for people to choose from, with extra blankets, bolsters and pillows also available. Doors open at 5:45 pm with the experience starting at 6:00 pm.

I am so excited that our community will be coming together to support individual well-being, as well as support families and first responders impacted by the Spokane fires. All of the donations will be given to World Central Kitchen who supports communities in crisis by providing nutritious meals to though in need. You can give directly to them if you aren’t able to attend tonight’s benefit sound bath.

There are only a few spots left in my benefit sound bath on Wednesday, August 12th from 6-7:30 pm. This is a free event, with all donations going to World Central Kitchen who is providing meals to families and first responders impacted by the Spokane fires. Donate when you arrive with cash, check or Venmo.

Go to my website to register (link in bio) under group work. Participants will receive a guided meditation and an immersive sound bath. Bring a cozy floor pad, pillow, blanket and water bottle.

My car has been in the shop for the last three weeks due to a complicated recalled part. Josh and Caleb in the service department Toyota of Pullman went above and beyond to find me loaner cars while the talented technician made the repairs. I am so happy to have my car back, and grateful for the Toyota team for their hard work and excellent customer service!

Tonight’s participants in the Nurture: a yoga + sound experience will be greeted by calming diffused essential oils, dim lights, comfortable pads, pillows and blankets to choose from, and then a nurturing yoga flow by Jenn Duckworth followed by a grounding sound bath. ✨
